		<description>Yeah not sure if the sun really helps us grow.  But like you said, it is good for emotional responses.  For instance there is less depression in people that are exposed to the sun light.  It might help the baby to distinguish day from night though.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

 the body  needs UV rays to help in development of certain chemicals in the body. one becomes to easily sun burned when they are exposed ,, 
 if this was not the case why are jaundice baby&#39;s placed under UV rays

Keeping the room light during daytime naps though helps them to keep their days and nights sorted and get their internal body clock adjusted.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
